Every project in FastKnowledge is associated with a subscription plan. The plan determines the maximum number of articles, storage space, and team members allowed for that project. Plans are selected when creating a project and can be reviewed in the billing section.
Who can use this?
Admin users only. Other roles cannot access billing information.
Viewing your subscription
1. Go to Billing > Subscription.
2. The page shows the active subscription for the current project, including:
- Plan name — the name of the subscription plan.
- Plan description — what the plan includes.
- Price — the plan price and currency.
- Limits — the maximum values for articles, storage, and team members as defined by the plan.
How plans work
When you create a project, you select a plan in the first step of the project creation wizard. The plan you choose determines the operational limits for that project:
| Limit | What it controls |
| Maximum articles | The total number of non-deleted articles the project can have. |
| Maximum storage size | The total size of all article version content stored for the project. |
| Maximum team members | The total number of team member records (active or not) in the project. |
When a limit is reached, the relevant action is blocked and an error message is shown. See Usage Limits for details.
