Every login to FastKnowledge is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA). After you enter your email and password, a one-time verification code is sent to your phone (via SMS) or to your email. You must enter this code to complete the login.
If you have registered a passkey on your device, you can log in without a password at all — just approve the biometric or hardware prompt.
Who can use this?
Any registered user with an activated account.
How to use it — standard login (email + password + 2FA)
1. Go to login.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Optionally check Remember me if you want to skip 2FA on this device for the next 30 days.
4. Click Sign In.
5. If your credentials are correct, a 6-digit verification code is sent to your registered phone via SMS b(If SMS delivery fails, the code is sent to your email instead and a warning is shown).
6. On the verification page, enter the 6-digit code.
7. Click Verify.
8. You are logged in and redirected to your dashboard.
If you have not yet registered a phone number
The first time you log in without a registered phone number, you are redirected to a phone setup page:
1. Enter your phone number with country code (example: "15550192834").
2. Click Send Code — a verification SMS is sent to that number.
3. Enter the code on the next page to confirm the number.
4. The phone number is saved to your account and login completes.
Switching between SMS and email verification
On the 2FA verification page, you can switch the channel:
- Click Send code via Email to receive the code in your inbox instead.
- Click Send code via SMS to switch back.
After 5 incorrect code attempts, your login session is invalidated and you must start the login process again from the beginning.
A verification code expires in 10 minutes (SMS and email channels).
Passkey login is available only if your browser and device support WebAuthn.
