If you forget your password or want to change it for security reasons, FastKnowledge provides a self-service password reset flow. You do not need to contact support — the reset link is sent directly to your registered email.
Who can use this?
Any registered user. You do not need to be logged in to reset your password.
How to use it — forgot password
1. Go to the login page.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your Email address — the one you used to create your account.
4. Click Send Reset Email.
5. Check your inbox for an email with the subject "FastKnowledge — Reset your password".
6. Click the Reset Password button in the email (or copy and paste the link into your browser).
7. On the password reset page, enter your new password in the New Password field and again in the Confirm New Password field.
8. Click Change My Password.
9. You are redirected to a confirmation page: "Your password has been set. You may go ahead and log in now."
10. Click Log In to proceed to the login page.
The password reset link expires in 1 hour. If you click an expired link, you must restart the process.
If you enter an email that is not registered, the system still shows the confirmation page (for security reasons, it does not reveal whether an email exists).
Resetting your password immediately invalidates all "Remember Me" trusted-device cookies. You will be required to complete 2FA on your next login from every device.
