Your profile preferences control how dates and times are displayed to you across the entire platform, and what language the interface uses. These preferences are personal — changing them does not affect other team members.

Timezone preference
Your timezone controls how all dates and times are displayed throughout the platform (article creation dates, audit log timestamps, etc.).
How to change your timezone
1. Open the timezone selector (available in the navigation bar or settings).
2. Choose your timezone from the list. Available options include timezones across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Pacific regions.
3. Click to apply — the new timezone takes effect immediately on the current page and persists to your account.
Date format preference
Controls the format in which dates and times appear throughout the platform.
How to change your date format
1. Open the date format selector.
2. Choose one of the three available formats:
Formats:
- DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM
- MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM
- YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM
Timezone and date format changes are applied immediately and persisted automatically — there is no Save button.
