The project list shows all the projects you have access to. From here you can switch between projects, edit their basic information, activate or deactivate them, and delete them.
Who can use this?
Viewing and switching projects: all team members.
Editing activating/deactivating, deleting: Admin users.
Viewing your projects
Go to Projects in the navigation menu. The list shows all projects you belong to. Each row displays the project name and its active/inactive status.
Switching to a different project
1. On the project list, click Select next to the project you want to work in.
2. The platform switches context to that project. All categories, articles, and settings in the admin panel will now belong to the selected project.
3. The selected project is saved as your default for future sessions.
Editing a project
Only Admin can edit a project.
1. On the project list, click Edit next to the project.
2. Update any of the following fields:
- Project Name
- Custom Domain — must be unique; changing this breaks any existing portal bookmarks.
- Language
- Active** — toggle to activate or deactivate the project.
3. Click Save.
If the custom domain you enter is already used by another project, you will see: "This custom domain is already in use by another project."
Activating and deactivating a project
Deactivating a project hides its public portal from readers (the portal returns a "not available" page) but does not delete any data.
1. On the project list, click the active/inactive status toggle next to a project.
2. The status changes immediately. No confirmation is required.
Only Admin users can toggle a project's status.
Deleting a project
Deleting a project is a soft delete— the project is marked as deleted and removed from the list, but data is not permanently destroyed immediately.
1. On the project list, click Delete next to the project.
2. Confirm the deletion.
3. The project disappears from the list and its portal returns a "not available" page.
Only Admin users (who are project admins).
Limits and constraints
You cannot delete a project if you are not its admin.
Deactivating a project makes its public portal inaccessible, but all data (categories, articles, team members) is preserved.
After deletion, the project's custom domain is freed up and can be reused by a new project.
